Hugh James provide innovative solutions to enable claims to be brought and can provide specialist advice on funding arrangements and offer no win no fee agreements in suitable cases which provide the security of knowing that there is nothing to pay us if the case is unsuccessful. We also ensure where necessary that our clients are fully protected from having to pay an opponents legal costs if the case is unsuccessful.
Public Funding (formerly called Legal Aid) is also still available for certain types of case which raise issues of wider public importance and Hugh James have secured Public Funding in a number of such cases.
Even if Public Funding or no win no fee is not available Hugh James can provide specialist advice about reducing the exposure to legal costs.
